Disclaimer
This site specializes in Trachea Collapse and Laryngeal Paralysis.
Welcome to my website! Please keep in mind, that while I have become very knowledgeable on these two subjects over many years, I am not a licensed veterinarian. If you are seeking a licensed Veterinarian's opinion, this may not be the site for you. If you are here to learn about the disease in detail the site will give you great insight in to each disease, and how to go about starting on a path to prolong your dog’s life.
Any topics discussed here, dosages, medications, everyday do's and don'ts, both medically and homeopathic come directly from the veterinarians I have personally visited with for years. It also includes my own personal time doing extensive research, along with my personal trials having had multiple dogs with both diseases. Please keep in mind, your own veterinarian may have a difference of opinion, or may not even be familiar with some of the medications or homeopathies discussed here for each disease.
It is up to you as an individual to discuss the topic with your personal veterinarian, and make your OWN decision on how you would like to proceed with treating your dog the way you feel is best suited for your individual dogs. Treatment can vary from dog to dog.
I promise to be here to help in any way I can, and to share what I have learned that has helped my own dogs remain stable, as well as many others. As we continue to grow, with more and more members into a very successful Facebook page and website, I wanted to share this reminder to both new and established members, to proceed as you see fit for your own dog’s situation after educating yourself.
*Remember, You and only you are the one to make the final decisions you see fit for your personal dog’s needs.
